The Sedgwick Planning Board met at the Town Office on Tuesday, Jan. 8 for their regularly scheduled meeting. Present were Chairman of the Board Palmer Little, members David Webb, Sylvia Wardwell, alternate Jim Wood. Also present were CEO Duane Ford, Brian Kelly, Clifford Goodall, Selectmen Tom O'Connor and Nelson Grindal, and Jon Thomas from the Weekly Packet.
Brian Kelly appeared on behalf of the Ojalas, the Blacks Brook driveway violation off Route 15.(Map 4, Lot 17A). Mr Kelly indicated that DEP's Jon Cullen had sent a letter indicating that a fine will be imposed. Board members decided to consult with missing board member Victor Smith, as he is very familiar with all aspects of the trail before the work started. Mr Kelly understands that the Planning Board will inspect the site when there is less snow.
Attorney Clifford Goodall appeared on behalf of the Patten, Camp Four Winds property applications. (Map 2, Lot 4). Due to winter weather conditions, it was agreed that the Board will set an inspection date to view the properties in April and will formally meet on the applications in May.
No other business coming before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
