The Benjamin River Apartments have no backup power for their all-electric apartments. CEO will check to see what authority the town has for getting them some help when the power goes off. Some people were out for nearly a week during this storm and the residents of the apartment complex are handicap and senior citizens.
Road commissioner will have the trees and limbs cleaned up and will burn them behind the salt and sand pile on the town land.
CEO REPORT: Has written a letter to the Caterpillar Hill Initiative to try to get a timeline on their plans and to remind them that they need to come to the planning board meeting on the second Tuesday of the month before they start to break ground. They are accepting donations and their plans have not yet been permitted by the town.
Following up on the fee schedule for the ordinances.
ADJOURN: There being no further business, it was moved, seconded and voted 3-0 to adjourn this meeting at 6:45 pm.
Victor Smith, Selectman
