PUBLIC COMMENT:  Robert Jones, a member of the planning board, reported that he had attended the workshop conducted by MMA.  He felt that he got something out of it, but that reading the manual was more informative.  Peter Atherton, alternate to the planning board, also attended the workshop and he felt that he got quite a lot of helpful information from it.
