Map 4, Lot 17A – Ojala – A stop work order has been put on their driveway because of stream protection violations.  The Ojala’s have had a survey done and now the Planning Board must decide on the setback amount.  DEP has checked on the situation and agreed that there are serious violations.  The Planning Board can possibly take untill spring to make decisions because work cannot be done until the weather clears.  The CEO will continue to correspond with the Ojalas.
