TOWN OF SEDGWICK
PLANNING BOARD MEETING
June 10, 2014
Chairman John Allen opened the meeting at 7:10 pm and established a quorum present. Planning Board members present were Chairman John Allen, Richard Duffy, Peter Neill, alternate Peter Atherton. Also present at the meeting were selectmen Victor Smith and Nelson Grindal, CEO Duane Ford, Robert Jones, and Secretary Barbara Grindle.
Read and approved the minutes of the last meeting.
NEW BUSINESS: There was no new business to come before the board.
OLD BUSINESS: All members need a copy of the Shoreland Zoning draft for review.
CEO REPORT: Ford has written to the owner of Grayfield Subdivision about papers for dissolving the subdivision. There has been no response yet.
Asked that the board review the shoreland zoning draft from the state carefully. Any changes from our current ordinance will need to be voted on at a town meeting.
There have been several calls about the Snow’s Cove gravel pit from potential buyers of adjacent lots. The gravel pit is regulated by the Department of Environmental Protection.
ADJOURN: There being no further business, the motion was made, seconded and voted 4-0 to adjourn at 7:38 pm.
