Selectmen’s Meeting
March 11, 2008 Tuesday 3:30PM
Selectmen present: Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger and Tom O'Connor.
Other participants: Selectman’s assistant, Barbara Grindle.
- Approved the minutes of the March 6, 2008 selectmen’s meeting.
- Selectmen discussed fixing the base of the flag pole at the town house. It appears rotted and needs replacing. Arrangements will be made to repair it if there is enough money in the town house maintenance account.
- Selectmen discussed the need for guidelines concerning the meeting schedule of the various committees that serve the town. A policy will be developed which will deal with the issue.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:00PM.
