SELECTMEN’S MEETING
November 29, 2012
Selectmen present: Neil Davis, Colby Pert, Victor Smith
Also present: Tax Collector Belinda Pert, CEO Edward Michaels, Road Commissioner Paul Carter, Packet reporter Bette Britt, Assistant Barbara Grindle
1) Minutes of the last meeting read and approved.
2) Signed the treasurer’s warrant for $186,065.33; $156,870.53 was for education and $24,907.25 was for the quarterly payment for the transfer station.
3) There is a problem at one of the Covenant Way homes and CEO Michaels will be having a meeting with someone from H.O.M.E. before signing off on the electrical installations. He feels that there are far too many violations needing attention.
4) There was one taxpayer in for general assistance.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:10 pm.
