CEO REPORT: Received a call about a lot on Acadia Oakes, view is good, there will be building restrictions, should talk to broker; checked in with TNT Recycling, he still has to raise the fence and must be careful about not blocking the road, will follow up; DEP has not done follow up on last fall’s visits, we need to discuss the town’s responsibilities possibly with the town attorney; no Planning Board meeting last Tuesday because of the storm. They may need to have a special meeting to take care of business.
