SELECTMEN’S MEETING
January 30, 2020

Opened the meeting and declared a quorum present. Selectmen present: Ben Astbury, Bob Publicover, Michael Sheahan. Also present: Christine DiPretoro, Clerk/treasurer Cindy Reilly, CEO Duane Ford, Assistant Barbara Grindle.

Moved, seconded and voted 3-0 to accept the minutes of the last meeting as amended.

Reviewed and signed the treasurer’s warrant for $5,523.33; road salt $3,471.59, vital records $46.80, clearing m/v $506, fees $103, administration $756, general assistance $639.06.

CEO REPORT: a taxpayer wishes to replace the foundation on a boathouse, her permit only says rebuild and repair, CEO will discuss the difference so it will be done correctly according to the DEP permit. Having a lot of shoreland property changes, there is a need to keep information and a paper trail for reference for CEO and owners.

DISCUSSION ITEMS: Spent the evening checking and discussing the warrant articles for the Town Report. Next Thursday is the final check and it will be going to the printer on Friday.

ADJOURN: There being no further business, moved, seconded and voted 3-0 to adjourn the meeting at 7:37 p.m.
