Selectmen’s Meeting
August 28, 2008 Thursday 6:30PM
Selectmen present: Bill Jagger and Tom O'Connor Other participants: Selectmen’s assistant Barbara Grindle, Clerk/Treasurer Cindy Reilly and Bette Britt of the Weekly Packet.
- Approved the minutes of the August 26, 2008 selectmen’s meeting.
- Approved the treasurer’s warrant (#9) in the amount of $116,216.24.
- Selectmen have been working with Lane Construction Co. to get the town’s paving projects done. Lane has run into large cost increases which were not covered by the original cost estimates. The Town and the Company have agreed to split the cost of the overruns. Lane is in the process of drawling up contracts reflecting the agreed upon price.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00PM
