CEO REPORT:   SBA is considering buying the cell tower on Caterpillar Hill from Grain.  They have asked for and received copies of the permit and removal bond.  They must come before the Board before any changes can be made and local emergency services must be allowed on the tower free of charge according to the permits issued to the original application. The emergency services have not yet been able to get the finances to put up their services.

Ford has attended classes on stormwater management regulations as part of keeping abreast of state regulations.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:12 pm.
