Planning Board Minutes
Called to order: 19:00
Members present: (by teleconference and at fire station due to COVID 19) David Carter, Peter Neill, Richard Doane, Andy Bowes, Danny Weed, Michael Rossney
Others present: CEO Duane Ford, Selectman Ben Astbury,
Chairman Weed stated that there was a quorum
Motion made and seconded to accept February 2021 minutes as read. Motion passed.
Moratorium update. There is limited capacity at Black’s Corner electrical substation. Therefore, there is no immediate need for moratorium. Quite a bit of discussion followed.
Motion made and seconded to establish sub-committee to review the Site Plan Review for possible changes. Motion passed.
Mia Strong called in to inform the board of proposed changes at Strong Brewing Co. Business had to move outside last summer due to Covid – 19. Would like build roof over deck area to expand the take out area and do away with taproom.
Motion made and seconded to deem this the Pre – application conference for the Site Plan Review. CEO gave info that the previous site evaluator stated that the septic system could not be expanded. Some discussion ensued.
Tasha’s property for sale.
Mark Adamsky purchased Harrison property on Graytown Road for possible subdivision.
Robert Gray property complaint seems to be DEP issue.
Motion made and seconded to adjourn. Motion passed. Adjourned at 20:42.
