Welcome to the official website of the Town of Sedgwick, Maine!

Settled in 1763 and incorporated in 1789, Sedgwick is home to what is arguably one of the most photographed views in the state of Maine. Caterpillar Hill affords a sweeping vista across blueberry fields to Penobscot Bay and Camden in the west, south to Isle au Haut, and east to Jericho Bay.

Please also be on the lookout for notice of special informational meetings as well as a date for the voters to approve this draft. We’d like to thank Jerry Wetterskog especially for the countless hours and attention to this project. He along with Levine Planning and the rest of the Comp Plan Committee have given us a document to be proud of.
