SPECIAL SELECTMEN’S MEETING
Nov. 10, 2009
Present for this special meeting were Selectmen Grindal, Jagger and Smith.
Also present were Assistant Barbara Grindle and Packet reporter Jonathan Thomas.
Selectman Grindal explained the process for the signing of the Condemnation Order for the Walker Pond access road. The selectmen signed the order. Copies will be sent to Blue Heritage Trust, Emma Patten Casey and Sarah Patten Gwynn. The warrant for the special town meeting was also signed and copies of it will be sent to these people as well.
Copies of the Order and Warrant will be posted at ECS, the Town Office and at the site of the road.

An emergency meeting was held because a typo had been found in the Warrant. A new copy was signed to replace the one signed the day before.
