DISCUSSION ITEMS: Discussion – Office Reopening, logistics – Sheahan: Might be able to use Brooksville’s opening but with adjustments. Publicover agreed. Astbury: will ask tax collector and clerk to come up with a way to schedule appointments and bring ideas to selectmen, we may be able to use Brooksville as a baseline. Assistant wishes to keep selectmen’s side closed; selectmen still could not meet in person, measurements only allow 3.5 persons in the room(s) at a time. Three selectmen, assistant and CEO would not be able to meet, and no public would be able to be present either. Will continue to discuss the issue.
Budget season timeline: Assistant will contact members of the budget committee to see if they are all willing to continue on the committee.
Any Unresolved Business: Reminder of the Special Town Meeting next Thursday, will hold the regular selectmen’s meeting at the Ridge Road Fire House. Also reminder of the Planning Board meeting Tuesday evening at the same location.
GSA: Astbury will try to get the multi-town committee together to start talks with GSA regarding the tuition costs.
