OLD BUSINESS: Town Dock grant: need to vote to accept the grant funds. After brief discussion, moved, seconded and voted 3-0 to accept the warrant articles as written. Signed the warrant for the special town meeting on December 3, 2015, 7 pm at the town office.
CEO updated the board on his meeting with John James of the DEP. Jones approved the cleanup of the landfill site and will write a letter of approval.

Advertising has gone out statewide for applications for a TPI (temporary plumbing inspector) or an LPI (local plumbing inspector). Assistant will place ad in MMA classifieds. Prospective applicants should call Selectman Davis at 359-2144 or 359-2750.
Will probably need a contract for Andrew McCullough to complete the drawings for the town dock. Davis to confirm with Jenn Paul.
CEO REPORT: Spoke with Mark Stubbins about erosion control at the Gaylor Sanborn gravel pit. Still taking classes, attending meetings, and keeping abreast of the changes to statutes and laws, especially Shoreland Zoning.
