SELECTMEN’S MEETING

November 15, 2012

 Selectmen present:  Neil Davis, Colby Pert, Victor Smith

Also present:  Fred Marston, Steve Tobey, Peter Neill, Charlie Wiggins, Ellsworth American reporter Jennifer Osborn, CEO Edward Michaels, Tax Collector Belinda Pert, Treasurer Cindy Reilly, Assistant Barbara Grindle.

 1)         Minutes of the last meeting read and approved.

 2)         Signed the treasurer’s warrant for $87,248.14; $57,678.40 was for education, $26388.50 the final payment on the Walker Pond road, and $468 for sludge removal.

 3)         The contract for winter snow removal on the Walker Pond Access road was approved and sent to Andrew McCullough for adoption.

 4)         The Planning Board approved the draft of the Wireless Telecommunication Facilities Ordinance and sent it to the selectmen.  The selectmen approved it and have sent it to the town attorney for final review.

 5)         A citizen has approached the selectmen for a trade on a right-of-way to a public access.  They will take it into consideration and talk some more with the landowner.

 6)         Marston and others were in for an update on the 4 Winds/Patten case.  Things are moving slowly.

 There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7 pm.
