Jim Dow is looking for pins on the ballfield, wondered if the selectmen would agree on a property line so the property could be sold with the Pam Johnson property. They will set a date to meet, must be sure to keep the helicopter landing strip free for Lifeflight.
Voted 3-0 to purchase adhesive strips for the steps, purchase not to exceed $250.
Decided not to post the Senior Advocate link on our website because most of the information can be found on local websites.

OLD BUSINESS: Reminded that the selectmen will meet with the budget committee on Monday evening at 6 p.m. Worked on the figures to present to the committee.
Decided to stay with RJD Assessor at their daily rate of $540, the same as last year.
Clerk reported that the dinghy stickers for next year are here.
Thank you to the Brooklin Garden Club for the Christmas wreath and to Chris dePretoro for the basket of greens and berries. Thanks also to Selectman Sheahan for reinstalling the gutter over the back door and Town clerk Reilly who has been following up on bank interest rates and electricity prices.
Road Commissioner will finish the road and parking lot at the Salt Pond as soon as possible. He wants to get it done before snow flies.

CEO REPORT: Making out building notification form, checking trees, power lines, plumbing. Doing an abutter notice regarding the dock erosion project. Might be a good time to check with town attorney to see about getting title to adjacent easement.

Respectfully submitted,
Barbara Grindle, Assistant
