Received DEP paperwork for the Buckley property on Alder Lane, long standing issue of clay going down to the shore. Townsend property on Ocean Dr- contractor has been digging “gulches” that cannot be walked through. Posts are being put up- it is assumed that he must be bridging over the drainage spots (this must be to replace the tar that was removed). Contractor believes work would be winding down until spring. (2) 70 Pertville Rd- Neighbor has questions/concerns- Dan spoke with Mr. Phillips on the phone he wanted to know if there was a verbal agreement regarding cleanup. Dan has driven up and it appears that there hasn’t been much progress made. The board would like updates. The neighbors would just like to know that there are plans and an endgame for cleanup. The board is aware that there is limited time to do much of anything now that winter is upon us.
