Received a call from Rodger Picard concerning our decision not to pave the parking lot. Michael Sheahan will call Picard about staying with the plan not to pave the parking lot.
Ben has not yet received information from Andrew regarding the plan to change swimming access.
Ben will call Andy Gray about pouring a small concrete pad to set the gangway.
Ciona Ulbrich: BH Heritage Trust purchased land at the Walker Pond outlet. Engineers are working on improvements to the dam. There’s also the possibility of moving the dry hydrant to the other side of the road where it would make for easier access. Public safety at the dam is also an issue that needs to be addressed, and would like some input from the towns about how to handle this. A sight visit may be the helpful to talk about the several different issues. Would like to see in-stream construction in 2020 and would plan to turn property over to the towns at completion.
Meeting set for April 17th at 6pm at the Walker Pond outlet.
Don Buckingham: Will be putting up the signs in the next few weeks.
