Nomination papers available, 11/25/2020

Nomination papers for the following offices will be available from the clerk, beginning Wed., 11/25/20: 3rd Selectman, Assessor and Overseer of the Poor, 3-year term Tax Collector, 3-year term 2 seats on School Committee, 3-year terms Papers due back by the end of the day, 1/4/2021. Thanksgiving week: no tax collector/clerk hours at office

The tax collector will not be in during the week of Thanksgiving. Plan to complete any and all registrations prior to 11/23. Regular hours resume Tues., Dec. 1.   The clerk will be available AT HOME during Thanksgiving week, for dog licenses, hunting licenses, nomination papers, or any other clerk business; call 326-9012 or 610-0585.

Burn permits

Until further notice, burning permits will not be issued at Eggemoggin Country Store. Get permits online at burn permits. (Be patient–link WILL load.)

DMR Shoreland survey

Maine DMR personnel will be walking the shoreline in Sedgwick, to conduct a shoreland survey from March through November. Call 664-2394 with any questions.
