Open the meeting and establish a quorum: Opened meeting and established a quorum: S. Ford; B. Duffy; D. Carter. L. Dow and D. Ford. L. Lyman and B. Sherwell; T. McKechnie
CEO REPORT:
Receive final DEP paperwork from Alder Ln. the Buckley property- will follow up. Received a request from a member of DEP to check on a property on Ider lane. Received a call from a lady on Oak Point regarding requirements for building a new home. Didn’t sound like she was ready to do much. He told her to give a call for a BDN when she is ready. Following up on permit paperwork on Snow’s Cove rd. will submit.
DISCUSSION and/or ACTION ITEMS:
(1) Final read of Town Warrant Articles- The Board reviewed the numbers on the updated warrant articles from last week’s meeting. Still need to get together with the Road Commissioner regarding wages. Lyndsey will see if Amy can get salary numbers over the last couple of years. Once the warrant’s budget numbers are finalized Lyndsey will work with Amy on grammar, spelling and noting where the money will be taken from. The board also recommended noting what last year’s numbers were on each article.
