Selectmen’s Meeting
July 24, 2007 Tuesday 3:30PM
Selectmen present: Chairman, Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger and Tom O'Connor. Other participants: Selectmen’s assistant Barbara Grindle and Tax collector Belinda Pert.
- Approved the minutes of the July 19, 2007 selectman’s meeting.
- Selectmen discussed the options for obtaining bulk salt for the up coming snow season. We have the option of purchasing salt on our own or through the Hancock County Planning Commission. The issue will be discussed with the road commissioner to see which is more cost efficient.
- Selectmen signed an order of municipal officers which directs tax payments to be applied to the oldest tax bill first.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:00PM
