Map 2, Lot 14 – Aaron Grindal was in with a request from Betsy and Brian Banks to build a 38 x 22 saltbox seasonal studio.  Since the property is Mrs Edmondston’s name, we need a signed permit from her before any work may be done.  CEO to inspect and approve.  $25 permit fee paid.

Map 7, Lot 77 – Melody Lewis Kane and Richard Kane applied for a permit for a clayworking studio behind their home.  CEO has already inspected the property.  They will be using the present well and septic.  They knew that a home business should be reviewed by Planning Board and had everything in order.  A permit fee of $25 was paid.

Map 11, Lot 28 – Colleen Spangler wishes to add a bedroom and bath to her existing home.  She was given an application and the CEO was to inspect to make sure that the septic was in the correct spot and of adequate size to handle the extra rooms.  This is an apartment for her mother.  The application fee of $25 and the building notification fee of $5 were paid.

Update by the CEO:  Horseshoe Shores , Lot #3 application was approved.

The Larson permit has not been picked up yet.  Chairman Little requested that the permit conditions be sent to the architect and when they have been approved by the CEO the permit will be sent.

The Siewers need more permits to repair their dock and boathouse.

The Goldsby/Osborn project is coming along.  The lawyers are working on the consent agreement.  The forester has been looking over the project and there will be replanting and maintenance agreements as well as a substantial fine.
