PLANNING BOARD

July 13, 2010

Planning Board members present:  Chairman Palmer Little, Secretary Sylvia Wardwell, David Webb, Michael Rossney, John Allen, Alternate Jim Wood.

Also present:  CEO Duane Ford, Assistant to the Selectmen Barbara Grindle, Andy Gray.

Map 2, Lot 32D – Andy Gray appeared before the board to get information for a site review application.  He was told to fill out the application, notify all abutters by sending them registered letters, and to get a DOT entrance permit.  He is to bring in a copy of his letter and the receipts for the letters, a copy of the entrance permit and the application with a check for $25 next meeting.

The official receipt of the dismissal of the Patten/4 Winds case was received by the Planning Board.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 pm.
