SELECTMEN’S MINUTES

January 28, 2010

Selectmen present:  Bill Jagger, Victor Smith

Also present:  Road Commissioner Paul Carter, Fire Chief David Carter, Budget Committee members Horace Wardwell, Steve Tobey, Clerk/Treasurer Cindy Reilly, Assistant Barbara Grindle, Roger Picard.

1)                  Minutes of the last meeting read and accepted.

2)                  Discussed a long term proposal for the town roads with Mr Picard and the Road Commissioner.

3)                  Fire Department Chief presented the Fire Department budget to the Budget Committee.

4)                   Went over the town budget with the Budget Committee in preparation for the Town Report.

Meeting adjourned at 8:35 pm.
