Selectmen’s Meeting

November 28, 2006

Tuesday  3:30PM   

Selectmen present:  Chairman Nelson Grindal, Charlie Wiggins and Tom O’Connor.

 Other participants: Tax Collector Belinda Pert, Adm. Asst. Barbara Grindle and Assessor Roger Peppard. 

1. Approved the minutes of the November 21, 2006 Selectman’s meeting.

1. Assessor Roger Peppard reports that he will have the final and completed reevaluation on next Tuesday.

1. Selectmen and the Tax Collector discussed developing a policy regarding delinquent taxes.  It was agreed that this is a complicated subject and will require a great deal of work.  Input will be requested from the Maine Municipal Association to ascertain what information might already exist on the subject.

 The meeting was adjourned at 5:30PM
