Selectmen’s Meeting

Thurs., Feb. 12, 2009 

            Selectmen present:  Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger.

1.                  Nelson reported that he had picked up the old school clock which has been

repaired. 

2.                  We have received papers regarding the Rankin/Poole legal action.  Will refer them to the town attorney.

3.                  The outside appraiser for Walker Pond road estimates $6,000 - $7,500 with $200 p/hr for any extra work.  Decided that this is too expensive, will check for another firm.

4.                  Approved the warrant (# 33) for $19,036.08.

Meeting adjourned at 8 pm.
