Selectmen’s Meeting

Thurs., Sept. 25, 2008 

Selectmen Present:  Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger

Others Present: Dr. Wilgram, Selectmen’s Assistant Barbara Grindle, Clerk/Treasurer Cindy Reilly, Bette Britt 

1.                  Approved the minutes of last meeting. 

2.                  Discussed the Walker Pond access with Dr. Wilgram 

3.                  Signed the Treasurers Warrant for $99,296.14, of which $96,323.76 was for tarring the Carter Point Road. 

4.                  Checked Building Notification forms for an addition noticed on the Reach Road.   

A reminder that any improvement being done to property that increases its value requires a building notification form approved and signed by the selectmen.  The form may be picked up at the Town Office and returned there with a $5 fee.
