Selectmen present:  Chairman Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger and Tom O'Connor.

Other participants:  Selectman’s assistant Barbara Grindle and Clerk/Treasurer Cindy Reilly.

1. Approved the minutes of the October 23, 2007 selectman’s meeting.

1. Reviewed and signed the treasurer’s warrant (#17) in the amount of $2,669.35.

1. Selectmen signed appointment papers making David Anderson the warden of the upcoming referendum vote on November 6, 2007.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:40PM.
