Selectmen’s Meeting

July 19, 2007  Thursday  6:30PM   

Selectmen present: Chairman, Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger and Tom O'Connor. Other participants:  Selectmen’s assistant Barbara Grindle, Town clerk Cindy Reilly. 

1. Selectmen approved the minutes of the July 17, 2007 selectmen’s meeting.

1. Approved the treasurer’s warrant (#3) in the amount of $2,898.45.

1. Selectmen O’Connor and Jagger approved the bid for new windows submitted by Aaron Grindal in the amount of $7,202.97.  The new windows will replace the existing windows which are single pane and rotten.  The goal is to improve the energy efficiency of the building.

1. Selectmen discussed adding a note to the new tax bills, reminding tax payers of the personal property tax.

   The meeting was adjourned at 9:30PM
