Planning Board Minutes May 8, 2007

The Sedgwick Planning Board met at the Town Office on May 8 to take up any business to come before it. Members present: Palmer Little, Chairman, Victor Smith, Sylvia Wardwell, David Webb, John Allen. Also present Selectman Tom O’Connor and Selectmen’s Assistant Barbara Grindle.

Map 1, Lot 26E - Michael and Kathy Fowler were in for a driveway and a septic system within the 250’ on Walker Pond. This was turned over to the Code Enforcement Officer.

Map 6, Lot 61-4 - Sergi Breaus was in for a final signature for his subdivision, Horseshoe Shores.

Map 6, Lot 3 - Ellen Best and Howard Chittenden were in with a minor subdivision by the Bagaduce Lunch. Mr Chittenden wishes to sell ½ of his Franks Flat property of 7 acres. The application and a $250 fee were presented to the Board.

The minutes of April 24 were amended to read 1 for the Larson project, three against the project and 1 abstained.
