Selectmen’s Meeting

May 17, 2007

6:30PM

Selectmen present, Nelson Grindal (Chairman), Bill Jagger and Tom O'Connor.

Other participants: Town Clerk Cindy Reilly and Selectman’s assistant Barbara Grindle.

1.     Approved the minutes of the May 15, 2007 selectmen’s meeting.

2.     Reviewed and approved the Treasurers warrant (#46) in the amount of $93,931.84.  $87,035.27 of that amount was for school expenses.

3.     Selectmen voted 3 to 0 to approve the purchase a re conditioned copy machine, (Toshiba (Model 2860) for $860.00.  This machine will replace a machine that has broken and the repair technician recommends against repairing it.

4.     Selectmen took steps to ensure that the abutting property owners to the town owned property on Walker Pond will be informed of our intentions and activities.  

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15PM
